African Arts Alliance
The African Arts Alliance, an affiliate of Footprint Creative Arts Institute (www.footprintcreativearts.org) will host it’s first annual African Arts and Film Festival. The festival will be held on the 4th weekend in September 2009, Friday through Sunday. We are seeking performing, visual and media artists to join us for an exciting promotional and entertaining event. The purpose of the African Arts Alliance and Arts and Film Festival is to provide an avenue for cultural exchange and promotion of African and African-American Arts in addition to the research and development of shared resources. The vision is global, establishing connections to work cohesively, focused on solutions to create a holistic, aesthetically pleasing, ecologically friendly and culturally embracing environment.
