Cousins Alexandra Wilkes and Leslie Decker have come quite a long way since the box of vintage beads Leslie’s mom handed the girls. What first started as a showing at Mistletoe Marketplace, has grown into a successful jewelry design business, and the girls opened their first store in 2007, Alex & Lele.
Alex and Leslie’s designs have a vintage quality coupled with a trendy and modern feel that shimmers with style and elegance. The new store reflects that. They can also design custom bridal jewelry for your big day.
Their jewelry has been featured in publications like Mississippi Magazine, and even a few national publications. Alex & Lele’s is quickly becoming a hit all across the country. Evidence of that is tacked up on their board of fame inside the store. The coolest thing on it? A photocopy of personal checks from Sheryl Crow and Courtney Cox for jewelry purchases.
