Evelyn provides Therapeutic Massage and Thai Yoga Massage at Body Benefits, located in the Odyssey Shopping Center near McAllister’s Deli and Northpark.
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient traditional therapy combining compression and passive stretching which leaves you feeling both relaxed and energized. Considered the “yoga” of massage, a floor mat is used, rather than traditional massage table. Clients remain fully clothed, preferably wearing garments of natural fibers that allow for ease of movement and stretch.
Evelyn graduated from Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage and is a Level III Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.
