Grace House

Mission: Opened in 1995, Grace House is a transitional living facility for people with HIV/AIDS. The only shelter of its kind in Mississippi, Grace House, with the 2000 addition of Grace House II next door to the original site, accepts both men and women. The staff and facility provide room and board, assistance in obtaining support services, outreach programs, site or outpatient treatment, educational/informational programs to groups upon request, coordination of grief counseling, and coordination with numerous physicians and health care providers. Grace House is also the host of the annual Walk of Grace in downtown Jackson.
