Grady Griffin
Grady Griffin, a Jackson native, has been in the food-service industry since 1988. A certified Sommelier by the World Court of Master Sommeliers, Grady helped provide Elixir’s guests with the tastiest and most up to date food & cocktail trends in the area. Grady served on the board of directors of the Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association, holding the offices of secretary/treasurer and Chairman of the MHRA Education Foundation. He currently serves as Director of Education for the MHRA, consulting new business development and training opportunities for restaurant operators across the state. He is married to Amanda, who owns and operates Two Sisiters’ Kitchen with her mother, Diann Alford. They have two sons, Will and Seth.
