JoAnne Prichard Morris
JoAnne Prichard Morris was executive editor at University Press of Mississippi from 1982 to 1997. She is the widow of the author and Harper’s Magazine editor Willie Morris. Currently she is senior editor of the Jackson Free Press. She is most recently co-author with Unita Blackwell of the book Barefootin’: Life Lessons from the Road to Freedom. She lives in the Belhaven neighborhood.
