Jackson’s Premier Bellydance Troupe
Formed in 2005, MissiHIPPY continues to perform regularly throughout the Jackson area. Directed by Kristina, a 20 year veteran of American Cabaret Bellydance, Raks Sharki, Tribal Fusions and other world dances, MissiHIPPY continues to travel and train with some of the worlds best bellydancers and brings that knowledge back to Jackson.
MissiHIPPY performs every first Friday at Aladdin’s Grill in Fondren and sends a dancer to the Petra Cafe in Clinton every Friday (but you never know who will show up, check our myspace page for MissiHIPPY parties at Petra)
Every February, as close to the 13th as possible, MissiHIPPY sponsors the Black Hearts Ball- their anti-valentine, gothic ball. No Pink Hearts allowed. If you love halloween, this one is for you.
