Pillow Donuts
Not too long after Pillow opened and won for best donuts in the city, I went to buy a couple for a taste test. I chatted for several minutes, never taking a bite of what I�d bought in front of them�just in case it wasn�t as scrumptious as I thought it should�ve been. When I finally tasted a donut, though, I said: �I could have eaten this in front of them. It�s good!� This is why they�ve won for the second year in a row. They�re the best.

Pillow Donuts opened a bit over two years ago in Jackson and has quickly become a major donut stop for aficionados. It is only 25 hours a week�from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday�and all donuts are made fresh daily. As a result, they are light and fluffy and a treat worth at least a weekly stop. And you�ll love the friendly staff.
