Jackson diners were blessed with several new choices during 2006. My personal favorite is The Pizza Shack, which opened its doors in March in Belhaven. On a typical workday lunch, the restaurant is bustling. Combining a creative menu, great prices and great taste, the Pizza Shack ensures that I’ll always be back for more.
