The Mississippi Chorus
In 1989 Martin Bittick needed singers to join the chancel choir of Crossgates United Methodist Church for a Christmas presentation of Handel�s Messiah. The result created the Ranking County Community Chorus. Since then the chorus grew and was changed to the Mississippi Chorus. They are known for such works as Bach�s Magnificat, and most recently, In Quiet Resting Places by Daniel Gawthrop.
