Valley North
Valley North is the development of homes in North Jackson from Beasley Road North to just north of Lake of Pines Drive to the south between Livingston Road and Watkins Drive. The section north of the creek is called Northgate and the section south of the creek is called Valley North. Homes range in size from 1,300 square feet to 2,300 square feet averaging 1,600 square feet. There are a sprinkling of houses where owners have added square footage that may exceed 3,000 square feet. Most homes have two car carports or garages and at least 75% of them have fireplaces.
The area was developed during the early 70’s under county housing codes. The area is primarily owner-occupied and most of the rentals are still owned by the original owner-occupants. Vacancy is less than 1%.
