Woodie Assaf is the former weatherman for WLBT TV 3 in Jackson, Mississppi. Woodie held this position from the day WLBT first signed on the air in 1953.
Woodie Assaf retired in 2001. In 2005, he was inducted into the Mississippi Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
