Connie Hanson Talent Agency is a full-service talent development agency focussed solely on coaching and developing Mississippi talent for committed artists whose dream is to excel in the highly competitive field of entertainment. Classes offered in voice, acting, interview technique, audition technique, stage presence, script memorization, character development, interpretation, and more are important in the laying of the proper foundation. Pageant contestants who need to develop their talent are encouraged to take a wide range of classes that will polish their performance skills with the goal of winning in the pageant arena. Vocal performance classes are on an individual basis, whereas acting classes are in a group workshop venue; role play, hitting spots, blocking, and “covering” are just a few techniques taught to develop each artist/actor. Confidence-building classes are also taught and encouraged as an add-on for a more complete stage and screen foundation. Connie Hanson is an experienced stage, film, and recording artist. She has performed in the professional theatre, doing more than 8 Broadway musicals, 3 movies, including URBAN COWBOY, where she played the foxy redhead, Marshallene Mitchell, and was a C/W recording artist. As a Consultant for the agency that bears her name, she is dedicated to molding and developing artists to the best of their abilities and encourages each artist to follow their dream.
